USL director is working with department of geography, CMU team in greenspace promotion project for ASEAN low-carbon society under the fund from ONEP. Today we kickstarted the project with Phitsanulok municipality. The local stakeholders are very active and forward thinking. In order to make the an implementable project, neighborhood network, expert know-how, incentive and tax schemes were among the key takeaways from today.
