Smart City Handbook & Roadshow

The United Kingdom Embassy Bangkok commissioned a research study and practical guide for suppliers of smart city services to understand smart city developments in Thailand.

An overview of both national and municipal progress plus deeper dives into specific cases will be included. A comparative study with success cases in the UK will let the user of the handbook understand the opportunities between the two countries.

Ongoing comprehensive study for an inclusive and livable city. Only 1 % of research in Thailand is actually used. The Smart City Handbook uses an extensive methodology of usage of research to focus on the neighbourhood of Nang Loeng and its residents. It uncovers the neighbourhood demographics, city usage habits and contains insightful information on how as people age, society shifts to shape the urban landscape through the generations.
