สุวัน แววพลอยงาม หรือ พี่แดงที่เราเรียกกัน เป็นผู้นำชุมชนโดยธรรมชาติมากว่า 30 ปี รวมถึงได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากเขตในภายหลังให้เป็นหัวหน้าชุมชนวัดสุนทรธรรมทาน เขตป้อมปราบศัตรูพ่ายด้วยเช่นกัน พี่แดงทำงานด้วยจิตอาสาและผ่านประสบการณ์การร่วมงานกับองค์กรต่าง ๆ ที่เข้ามาทำงานในพื้นที่นางเลิ้งมานาน รวมไปถึงการเป็นนักกิจกรรม การเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมและงานฝีมือต่าง ๆ มาร่วมฟังความท้าทายในการร่วมงานกันระหว่างชุมชนและองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนที่เข้ามาทำงานพัฒนาชุมชนกับพวกเราในวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 เวลา 15:00-17:00 น.
Suwan Waewployngam or P’ Daeng is a community leader in Nang Loeng. She earned the status of “community leader” by her dedication to the Nang Loeng community for over 30 years, and has been chosen from Pomprap Sattru Phai district to be the official community representative of the Wat Suntornthammatan community, as well. All her works over the years have been coming from her volunteer spirit.
Through her years of experience, P' Daeng has lived through many challenges and successes. As an activist, she has learned many lessons from working with other residents and institutions, both public and private, for the betterment of her community. Including her works on cultural tourism which promoted the identity of Nang Loeng.
