Since October 2021, USL and FREC stewards co-organized Education kit “Klong Rian Len” (Play and Learn box) to 125 primary school children in surrounding communities, in Satri Chulanak School, Bamrung Islam Witthaya School and Wat Sommanat School. . The activities included a D.I.Y cookie set, a nature journal, imagining what small creatures in urban areas feel like, learning how to separate trash from daily stuff, making a compost from their own kitchen, and telling their feelings that were related to surrounding space. . When they finish the activities, they receive coupons to use with 15 local shops around, e.g. grocery shops, sweets shops in Nang Loeng market, cafes, ice cream shops, fried rice banana shops, and tea shops. We aim to distribute income to the local level and have children integrate more with their local communities. .
